Why are these positions open?

This is an EXCELLENT question to ask anytime you are interested in a position. These positions are currently open because of several reasons.

1. COVID recovery: We are in a quick recovery from the effects of the COVID-19 closures. As a result, we have the need for additional staff as clients return to services.

2. Leader in Healthcare: Infinity has pivoted successfully in response to COVID-19 and changes in our community as a whole. With over a decade of high-quality services and our response to the pandemic, we are being recognized as leaders in healthcare. As a result, we are getting waves of referrals.

3. Media Attention: We have been innovative with our service delivery and as a result, have been featured on the news twice in the past year, have been part of a press conference, have made the paper twice, and continue to draw attention. We work hard and we play hard which leads to referrals.

4. Team Changes: We have two amazing team members that have been blessed with the opportunity to start the next chapter of their life and they are moving out of Connecticut to be with family. We are beyond excited for them and the new opportunities they will have! They are staying on for the next three months to make sure their clients transition smoothly before starting their next journey.

*******Each position that is open can stand on its own or be paired with one of the administrative positions listed at the bottom of this page. Historically, our part-time positions have reached 30hrs+ within a 6-month period of time and based upon our current referrals, we expect that this will continue to occur.*****
