Our Southington clinic offers a wide variety of group music therapy sessions and music lessons designed to support growth, creativity, and connection. We also create customized group programs to meet your specific needs—whether at home, in schools, or within community and care facilities.
From music and literacy programs, to early childhood enrichment in daycares, to multicultural music classes for homeschool co-ops, our services are designed to engage learners of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re looking for meaningful enrichment for babies, young children, teens, or adults, our goal is to provide an uplifting space where every individual can experience the joy and benefits of music—tailored just for them.
We pride ourselves on being neuroaffirming and recognizing that every individual’s needs are unique. Music is for everyone, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!

Homeschool Ukulele Choir
Homeschool Ukulele Choir is a fun, collaborative music experience where homeschool students come together to sing, strum, and shine! Designed for learners of all levels, this program combines the joy of choir singing with the excitement of learning ukulele in a supportive group setting.
Students will build musical skills through strumming patterns, chord progressions, and songwriting while also practicing teamwork, listening, and creative expression. Lessons blend skill-building with play, giving each participant the chance to grow musically and socially in a welcoming community of peers.
No prior experience is necessary—just bring your voice, your ukulele, and your love of music!

Cafe Au Play
Cafe Au’ Play is a coffee house style event for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 17+. Bring a nut-free snack and enjoy a warm drink on us—coffee, tea, or hot chocolate—while we sing together, discuss our favorite songs, take solos, and make music in a cozy, coffee house vibe. It’s all about connecting, having fun, and enjoying the joy of music in a laid-back setting!

Teen Jam
Teen Jam is a dynamic and inclusive music-based program designed for teens with disabilities ages 12–17. In this fun, supportive space, participants come together to make music, connect with peers, and grow important life skills. Through group drumming, improvisation, songwriting, and movement, teens explore creativity while building confidence, practicing teamwork, and strengthening emotional literacy.
Each session focuses on fostering social connections, self-expression, and a sense of belonging—helping teens not only enjoy the music but also carry these skills into everyday life. No prior music experience is needed—just a willingness to jam, share, and have fun!

Senses and Sounds
This specialized program is designed for individuals with high sensory needs, ages 7-14, who thrive with structured, supportive, and engaging experiences. Using the power of music, participants explore rhythm, sound, and movement in a way that is both calming and stimulating to the senses.
Each session is tailored to create a safe and comfortable environment, balancing sensory input through activities such as gentle instrument play, soothing musical patterns, movement with music, and opportunities for creative expression. The program focuses on supporting regulation, building communication skills, enhancing body awareness, and promoting overall well-being through meaningful, enjoyable interactions with music.
